I'm a princess. I've been blogging on this blog since 2004. I love cute things, pink, dresses, fairytales and tiaras. Shopping is my thing, make-up isn't. Being nineteen isn't easy, especially when you have to worry about grades, life and growing up. I'm currently a Mass Comm student in poly and hoping to become someone important in the media industry. Music is something else I'm into. You'll find me singing most of the time. What else? Oh, I found my prince (:

Like every important event out there, WorldSkills Singapore started with their own opening ceremony! Speeches were done by Mr Bruce Poh, the director of ITE and chairman of Worldskills Singapore and Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong. Gifts of appreciation were given out to the sponsers and performances started.

My favourite part (;

It started off with two singers belting out the official theme song of Worldskills Singapore. The mascots joined in near the end. I told you to look out for them!!



So cute right! I love the female mascot. Hahah. Next up, bringing up the heat is the cheerleaders from RP. I never seen them perform so I was pretty impressed! This is my first try in taking action shots, so, don't judge me!

You can almost feel the excitement in the room after their performance. (Y)
The last performance was a sneak peak of the upcoming musical, West Side Story.
The guys (and one girl) gave a good performance and it reminds me of High School Musical. (Yes I'm a fan, don't judge me.) Their musical is coming soon, look out for them!







Everything begins and I'm so excited!

WORLDSKILLS is opened to public!! You get to check out the various events and try out games at the booths in the exhibition area.

What are you waiting for? Head on down to Choa Chu Kang mrt, switch to LRT and alight at Teck Whye. It's just across the street!
