REENI'm a princess. I've been blogging on this blog since 2004. I love cute things, pink, dresses, fairytales and tiaras. Shopping is my thing, make-up isn't. Being nineteen isn't easy, especially when you have to worry about grades, life and growing up. I'm currently a Mass Comm student in poly and hoping to become someone important in the media industry. Thursday, April 24, 2008 I found this off the net in sch. decided to share with you guys :D ENJOY ! p.s. yesyes, blogging soon, STILL editing the fotos =o The Difference Between Teaching and Educating According to a news report, a certain private school in Washington was recently faced with a unique problem. A number of 12-year-old girls were beginning to use lipstick and would put it on in the bathroom. That was fine, but after they put on their lipstick they would press their lips to the mirror leaving dozens of little lip prints. Every night the maintenance man would remove them and the next day the girls would put them back. Finally, the principal decided that something had to be done. She called all the girls to the bathroom and met them there with the maintenance man. She explained that all these lip prints were causing a major problem for the custodian who had to clean the mirrors every night. To demonstrate how difficult it had been to clean the mirrors, she asked the maintenance man to show the girls how much effort was required. He took out a long-handled squeegee, dipped it in the toilet, and cleaned the mirror with it. Since then, there have been no lip prints on the mirror. There are teachers … And then there are educators. first day of school =o
Monday, April 07, 2008 it's my first day of poly life. excited, YES. (even thou it's not the poly of my choice ;[ ) anyways, i managed to arrive before 9. heng ~ hahas. cause my mrt was delayed =o a guy jumped into the rail again. .__. tsk. maomao was late =x i took 5 mins to find the lift cause i was lost. LOL. then i finally enter the class nors. 25 classmates, 5 groups. my grp, okay ar, 3 girls 2 guys xD nice ppl. hahahs. it's so weird studying in my own clothes, laptop and aircon O___O but it's kinda fun. 9 - 10 : Lesson 10 - 11 : Break ! 11 - 12 : Lesson 12 - 2.30 : Break ! xD 2.30 - 4/4.30 : Lesson. one same lesson one day =o cool? today was computing and mathematical methods . lol. didn't have lunch alone. woots. had it with serena's fren, Anne. :D wat sucks abt the day is, travelling from home to sch, sch to home. *yawns* opps, gotta run, my eyes falling asleep x__x *blows kisses* love y'all ! xoxo. mature..? Thursday, April 03, 2008 suddenly feel like blogging o__o anyways, was supposed to go watch movies today. but end up didn't. sighs. ( jiu shi fate lors =x ) omg, school starts next wk ! no matter how much i hate the sch, there's only ONE conclusion. i HAVE to go. wat to do.. ming ku lor =x i'm was excited since last yr to go poly luh, and imagine lots of stuff. now, wrong place, wrong course. HEY! crashed my imagination. but i'm not saying i regretted of wat i did, okay. ( for o's ) well... maybe just for geog. the rest quite expected. hahahahs ! i feel like a primary one going to sch, man. it's kinda scary, going somewhere SO far and alone. where do i go? i'll be like.. lost. and can you imagine having lunch yourself? T^T i dunno wat to expect on monday luh, maybe it'll turn up okay. maybe i'll meet a nice girl who'll be my new fren. hahahahs. omg, i really sound like a small girl now =x as kehlim say, i never grow up. really wat ! childish is good. childish is young. childish is FUN. but of course, reen can be mature luh. you think wat sia xD even after graduating, i still feel kinda the same. older? mature? NAH. feels weird being seventeen. i can't even CALL myself seventeen. i feel like.. i'm stuck at 12 =o i still miss primary sch, just hanging with friends. i'm gonna miss having lunch with kehlim or serena or fang or manda or pearl or barath and you know, that gang. ;[ take kehlim for an example. i've been in rmps with her, qss with her. it's like weird to go to a new sch without her. i feel lost o__o weird eh. i always depends on her, sometimes a bit too much. but i dun lyk be loner ma T___T of course, only my frens know how i am. i dun like be loner yet i'm dun really know how to make frens . LOL. wat i'm I gonna do in poly, sia. aiya, but dun wry abt me, i'm reen ! i'm sure i can get thru poly life. :D lalalals ~ i dunno wat this kind of thoughts are call luh.. huai.. jiu? maybe. hahah =x cause i was reading fang's blog just now. then i just feel like blogging. and yeah, i'm envious of her and alvin luh ! they're so cute tgt xD two yrs somemore. li hai li hai. *claps* but of course they have quarrels sometimes. hmm.. that's normal wat. i mean, it might sucks, but it make them understand each other better? that's what i think. i rmb them in sch.. *daydream mode* y'all must jiayou kay ! i bless both of you.. eternal bliss ! yong yuen xin fu ! xP hmms, must start planning time for studies.. weird right !? it came frm reen's mouth =x i got plan de okay. i wan chiong studies, try to top the class... then CAN APPEAL wat! =o now i have studies, hs, gaming and CP ! x3 i'll have time for all. i'll work something out. after all.. *ahems* i am THE princess ! xoxo. |
